Saturday:Auntie Sara's Wedding!
Sunday: Grilled Italian Chicken, Caprese Salad, Orzo Salad

LOL! No, we eat later, say around 6:30? :)
I'm trying to stretch some chicken over a week. And not make it seem like ....chicken all week! lol
Tracy- I actually lucked out with the wedding hoopla this week, not having to feed all of us each night. I had a bag of frozen shrimp that I bought on sale in the freezer as well as some chicken and hamburg so I didn't have to shop this week except for some produce.
I know you're dieting, but if you want the chicken casserole recipe, I can email you, it's very easy. :)
