I've forgone the fresh caught Striper and Mediterranean Couscous Salad that I planned for dinner and my kid is eating Cheerios because I won't turn on the oven.

And yes, he's eating it out of a Spring Blossom butter crock. Cuz that's how I roll.

You are so right to not turn on the oven. It is 75 here today, but I can so relate to major heat, since I would wilt!
